DART Partner Agreement — Key Terms
Commission: Zero for your first 3 months from go-live. After that: Food 15–20%, Farm 8–12%, Ride ₱12–15/trip, Hotel 10–15%.
Payouts: Weekly (Mon–Sun cycle), paid every Wednesday to your registered GCash number. Minimum payout ₱100.
Verification: All documents cross-checked with Mati City LGU and relevant agencies. False documents = immediate removal.
Exit Terms: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. No lock-in. Pending earnings paid within 14 days of exit.
Data Privacy: Your information is stored securely. DART complies with RA 10173 (Philippine Data Privacy Act).
